Where does Zooppies deliver?

We currently deliver to eligible addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery availability will be confirmed when you enter your address at checkout.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Zooppies offers free tracked UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, delivery location and carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the available tracking information. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for further instructions.

Why haven’t I received my tracking information?

Tracking is sent after dispatch and can take a little time to become active. Please check your spam or junk email folder and confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout.

Can products from the same order arrive separately?

Yes. Some products may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate parcels. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking link, but there will be no additional delivery charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
