Zooppies offers free tracked delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to eligible addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery availability is confirmed when you enter your address at checkout.

Please check that your full delivery address, postcode and contact details are correct before completing your order.

Delivery estimates

The estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates can vary depending on the product, delivery location and carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Orders arriving separately

Some items may be dispatched separately, particularly when products are fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one parcel and tracking link. There will be no additional delivery charge.

Delivery delays

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
